$20 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required upon booking your visit which will go towards your services

Payments can be made through Cash app @ursulasnailpalace, or by credit card, any future payment options

If you are running late we will allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your schedule time to arrive for your appointment

When booking appointments you will receive a confirmation text, call or email for your service

Smoking/Vaping is prohibited inside the salon

Cell Usage should be kept to a minimum as for you to receive the full experience, and to cut down longer appointment time

Children must be accompanied by parents at all times unless receiving services

As a client you must notify your beauty expert if your allergic to any products or have any diseases and also diagnose with diabetes, so we can keep you safe during your service

We reserve the right to deny services to anyone.

Reasons for denial of services can be an infected nails or feet (Please check with a podiatrist), outrageous behavior, being disrespectful

This salon will not use any razor foot files (cheese graters) or perform any illegal beauty services such as Russian manicures

**Every client must wash their hands before their service. Hand sanitizer will also be provided. Mask are optional. We want to ensure we do not spread any pathogens and follow health safety protocols
